EasySurfer has no Included Data, but you can consume data from the first kilobyte for only 0.01 Bz/KB. For the other data bundles, the data consumption beyond the Included Data will be charged at only 0.01 Bz/KB.

How to Subscribe

In order to subscribe to a data bundle, you can either activate your requested bundle by dialing the corresponding activation code shown in the right-hand column above, or enter our market-leading, FREE and interactive USSD Self Service Menu, by dialing *181*51# from your Renna Mobile phone.

Subscription Renewal

For convenience, all the monthly data bundles are configured with an auto-renewal feature, meaning you only need to make sure that you have enough balance on your account for the subscription to be extended for another month.

In order to check the renewal date of your existing data bundle subscription, to cancel the auto-renewal feature, or manually resubscribe to a data bundle, please access our FREE and interactive USSD Self Service Menu, by dialing *181*5# from your Renna Mobile phone.

Check Data Balance

In order to check your remaining Included Data balance, simply access our FREE and interactive USSD Self Service Menu, by dialling *181*52# from your Renna Mobile phone. In addition, you will be automatically notified when you have consumed about 90% of your Included Data, as well as when all the Included Data has been consumed.
 

Bulk Data

If you want to “top up” your Included Data with additional data during a Data Bundle subscription period, you can buy Bulk Data at preferential rates. To purchase the additional data, simply access our FREE and interactive USSD Self Service Menu, by dialling *181*54# from your Renna Mobile phone, and select your chosen Bulk Data.

As an alternative, you are always allowed to upgrade to a higher value Data Bundle, during an existing subscription period.
