Renna Mobile provides you with a number of recharge options and locations. In addition to the recharge options seen below, you can also Get a Credit Overdraft from Renna Mobile, or Request Credit from another Renna Mobile customer. 1. On-line Recharge
You can recharge your account online through our MyRenna Web SelfCare application. The application allows you to recharge up to RO 50 per day, and with every recharge you get 10% additional credit for free.
How to Use:
- Login to MyRenna (you have to register first, if you have not already done so) with your mobile number and password at the top right corner of this website, and follow the instructions to recharge your account using your credit card. We have partnered with Bank Muscat so that you can use your credit card confidently and securely.
- If you face problems or need assistance, feel free to contact our Customer Service, and they can either guide you through, or do the online recharge on your behalf.
2. Recharge Cards
Renna Mobile recharge cards are available in 4 denominations, namely RO 1, RO 3, RO 5 and RO 7.
Recharge cards are available at more than 3,000 locations all across Oman (look out for a “Renna Mobile recharge here!” sticker). Please see Sales Outlets for more details on where to buy recharge. You can also access the same information through our USSD Self Service Menu. Simply dial *181# and select More under the menu option Info, or dial the short-code *181*9994#.
3. E-Recharge Vouchers
Using electronic recharge vouchers is basically the same as using traditional recharge cards. The only difference is that e-recharge vouchers are printed at the point of sales, rather than pre-printed as is the case for recharge cards.
Renna Mobile e-recharge vouchers are available in 8 denominations, namely RO 0.5, RO 1, RO 1.5, RO 3, RO 5, RO 7, RO 10 and RO 20.
E-recharge vouchers are available at more than 1,000 locations all across Oman (look out for a “Renna Mobile recharge here!” sticker).
